The worst stay I've had in a hotel in the Accor program. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. They do not serve any kind of fresh vegetables just some cheese, butter and some bad looking meat, not a single slice of tomato, cucumber or others. The station for making eggs is taken out for use just once in a while so you have to eat the badly cooked scrambled eggs they provide. The plates available are rectangular small plates that are not appropriate for serving a meal. The only day they made available large, round plates those were dirty, full of leftover food as they had not been properly washed. We had to be careful when choosing a mug for coffee/tea, as it migth have been just as dirty. When serving a cocktail in the hotel bar we were given a spritz in the smalles glass ever imagined, a lot smaller than a normal cocktail glass and that was almost half full. Also, they lacked the ingredients for half of the drinks in the menu.

Carpet with lot of stains Depending on room installation looks more or less run down, filthy ( some rooms are better than others) Menu doesn’t offer lighter or simple options , salads, pasta
