Perfectly acceptabele business hotel. Hotel is very a basic older Ibis, but clean and well maintained. Comes with pretty good breakfast and a reasonable restaurant for dinner, which is lucky as there did not seem to be much other choice in the immediate area. Rooms themselves are basic but also clean and comfortable. OK for an overnight stay.

Very disappointing evening meal

Location, room, bed and the breakfast were all OK - as expected. However the evening meal was very disappointing. We didn’t expect a gourmet menu but the choice of the two main courses on the night was terrible. Sausage and lentils- 2 cheap hot dog sausages sitting on the lentils with a side salad of old (some slimy) lettuce. Very poor. Or seafood risotto- this was just dry rice with bits of ‘seafood’ mixed in. Again very poor. Why not just do something simple but do it well? Lasagne or burger or a chicken dish? The crepe gourmand for desert was also awful. A cold chocolate pancake stuffed with a load of squirty cream, some cold congealed chocolate sauce on top and yet more Squirty whipped cream on the side. TERRIBLE and an insult using the term ‘gourmand’’ We would never eat at this hotel again and highly unlikely to stay there again.
