Stayed here in May with my family on our Trip to Bruges. Good hotel. Little dated rooms but they served a purpose. Did not have breakfast as thought it was quite expensive but did use the bar. Good service from all the staff and good prices. Would gladly return.

The location was perfect. The room was dirty , the curtains and the carpet had stains.The bathroom needs renovation and cleaning and the rest of the room as well. They didn’t change the towels daily and they didn’t provide us with hand soap , shampoo and conditioner so we had to tell them . Still they forgot to give us hand soap . The breakfast was great .

Impossible to receive an invoice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

amazingly bad experience ! I had the bad luck to check-out just one day before the hotel closes for renovation ... they promised to send my invoice, but I never received it ! there is more than 1 week I try to contact somebody to get my invoice, but the system is done that there is no way to contact anybody ! never go to an hotel just before it will close !!!

Staff very polite and professional and extremely helpful. The interior decoration and carpets etc are in need of some renovation and replacing. Such as the bath plug in room 430 didn’t hold the water. The cool cabinet in the dining area has been in need of a replacement glass door for at least 18 months.
