Difficult to find by google maps navigator.

I wonder if it's not possible to also place your phone # into the info on google maps. Being a complete stranger to your town (Dijon) I had no idea which way to go .... thank God there were some young ppl on the street who were friendly and knew your hotel. One of them said he lives nearly next door to the Mercure. So I asked him if he'd like to hop into my car and give me directions (be my navigator so to speak). This young man was happy I gave him a ride home, and I was happy to arrive safely at your hotel. Otherwise I was quite content with my stay in your house. :)

Good hotel but too much noise from the lift in both rooms

The hotel was good and the city of Dijon is very beautiful but both our rooms (301 and 302) were not well insulated from the noise of the lift, most probably the electrical cabin was positioned between the two and we could hear each single lift going up and down. I asked to change at least one of the rooms but the receptionist told me that the hotel was full. I really recommend to better insulate both those rooms or at least not to give them both to the same family

We were given an upgrade to a Privilege Room as our booked room was not ready when we arrived. This was a nice gesture and a nice room. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning was either not working or the controls were not functioning properly. We didn't have breakfast as 20 euros per person seems rather expensive when you only really want a coffee and a croissant.

Regarding air conditioning, unfortunately, we can only put on heating in winter and air conditioning in summer but not both at the same time. For breakfast, we think to our customers who do not eat much in the morning, that is why we suggest an express breakfast which includes a hot drink, fruit juice, pastries or buttered bread with jam at the price of 8.50 Euros We also consider suggestions you make to improve certain aspects of our service. Nice Hotel

Good hotel, clean, organized and very spacious rooms. We stayed in the privilege rooms. On-site parking and restaurant. Close to the Center 15 minutes away. Breakfast is the one point that it could be better compared to the other services, but there is no issue globally.

Very very noisy hotel

Arrived on a busy night, lobby was full of guests, I was told I can’t use ghe elevators and have to use the stairs and climb 5 floors with my luggage. Next morning there was drilling noise and next room cleaning that made so much noise I couldn’t sleep. I don’t recommend this hotel.
