Nice hotel. Breakfast is perfect. Nevertheless, we hear RER noise and there were no air conditioning and it was so hot in the room

Dear Mrs. L., Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent stay in our establishment! It is a pleasure to read that you appreciated the quality of the breakfast and our location. On the subject of air conditioning, at this time of year we are unable to turn on the fresh air ventilation, as temperatures fluctuate between 25 and 5 degrees. If we choose to ventilate only with fresh air, we won't be able to switch back to heating, which will be a real disadvantage when the temperature drops back to 10 degrees. We understand that this is a real inconvenience, but unfortunately the only solution we can offer is to open the windows, bearing in mind that temperatures always drop very low at night. Indeed, the location of our hotel offers the great advantage of being able to get to the centre of Paris in less than 10 minutes. However, this also causes some vibrations when the RER A passes under the hotel. Unfortunately, this is a structural problem that is difficult to avoid, and can be more or less bearable depending on your sensitivities. A hotel where you can enjoy every metro passing underneath, including a room shaking (i was in 304). Ridiculously loud. Breakfast mediocre and not ready in time, be prepared to face closed breakfast room doors, no croissants/pain au raissin because they forgot to bake them, and cold scrambled eggs. Staff was not receptive to complaints and started talking French with eachother not knowing I understand French perfectly as well............you should never ever start lying to your customers......Never ever again as this lousy experience came at a significant pricetag. Not worth the money at all, being there for business purposes a good quality sleep is paramount, and believe me, this hotel guarantees extremely poor sleep and mediocre breakfast. 2/10 score (and I have seen some hotels all over the world)

It was easy to check in and room was modern and nice designed. The only comment is about toilet was in separated door.
