Room service wasn’t available, my wife had to go down to order and collect because no one was available to answer the phone and the online order wasn’t working

When booking told that breakfast was included I Repeated this back and was told that was correct also was offered a $10 voucher and chose the room service on first morning when we went for breakfast told that it was not included so we paid for it then when we returned to room found a letter left under door saying no time to service room and offering a complimentary drinks or pizza when down to reception with the letter. As we do not drink wine and did not want pizza asked if we could have breakfast instead said he would get manager to call which he did and said we would could have breakfast next morning I asked if would ensure this would arranged and he assured me it would be. However next morning when we go down for breakfast only to be told again that it was not. Spoke with the manager there he found nothing had been organised. However he said he would sort it out. We had breakfast but not allowed to order drinks. We had to make our own. This motel has always been my choice to stay but next time make think of going elsewhere

I stayed in Pullman Melbourne City Centre for 6 nights. The location is fantastic and lots of nice restaurants around the hotel. The room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Just the service sometimes can be more attentive. Roof top bar is very cool and perfect for a sun downer. Will definitely stay again.
