Bed was too hard. I found the reception staff on checking out to be non caring when dealing with an issue I had when checking in.

Very nice breakfast - especialy surprised , Spacious Room, updated Shower and Bath, everything was fine, the location of the hotel in the RED LIGHT street was fun

Almost no wait for the room. As repeat traveller my geneva pass was already sent to me the day before for easy access to all transportation methods from arrival at the airport even!

very good beds, location and atmosphere at the hotel One point though, for the breaksfast it is required to pay for whatever is different that the proposed menu - e.g., sunnyside eggs

Great hotel to choose in Geneva, centrally located near the train, but and tram stations. Close to the lake and centre of town. Friendly staff, good food, clean and tidy.
