We had a nice stay with my three children. The sofa bed option is very good for travelling with families and also the breakfast was very nice.

I had requested a crib in my room that never came. You had to ASK for robes, because they are not in the room as you are led to believe, and like any other hotel. if you don’t know that, you go to the pool and then you are cold, because they only give 2 towels per room. It was ridiculous! I used themfor my kids so I didn’t have one.

Hotel was very well located - convenient access to all attractions and amenities yet situated in a quiet and safe area Staffs were very nice and Michaela was helpful at check in. Rooms were clean but a bit dated - they were very functional and spacious. One minor was the drilling from the floor above us (renovation?) after 10.30am which didn’t bother us much but would be disturbing for travellers sleeping late.
