Good place but some people of the staff are rude

We had a reservation (from 2 days before we arrive) but when we arrive to the hotel (october 29th around 17:00 hr) the girl in the reception was so rude, she don´t like that we had done the reservation via accor and she was unpolite all the time, she just say the total we must pay and gave us the keycard with an angry attitude. Also the meals of the breakfast are not so good, the fruit are raw, the jam and eggs too and the main meal doesn´t have any flavor, not even a minimal of salt. Our stay of 2 days was ok, but I don´t know if I come back.

Small room, no connections

The room was incredibly small, and there were only 2 connections to to electricity (one of them on the bathroom and the window) , the staff was helpful but always very slow, and the restaurant opened at 4 and closed at 8 or such...

Getting ice was nearly impossible and Breakfast was bad Room fine good TV and air conditioning
