We understand the frustration this caused, and we regret that our team's attempt to resolve the issue promptly was not successful. Furthermore, we are truly sorry for the unpleasant encounter with a cockroach in your new room. We regret to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly during what should have been a tranquil time for you and your husband. We understand your disappointment with the mum-to-be package and the spa experience. It's unfortunate that the Spa were unable to provide the manicure or pedicure as advertised. Regarding your dining experience, we regret the unsatisfactory quality of the beef burger you ordered. It's disappointing that it was undercooked and did not align with our usual standards.
