We enjoyed spacious 1 bedroom apartment, daily room service, Pause Cafe is excellent, their food is so much better that at the restaurant, we loved pastries and cakes, the staff is amazing. Our kids enjoyed junior spa experience which adds that special touch. Restaurant and breakfast could be much better, presentation could be improved.

An above average resort

What we liked: 1. The resort was huge, with many facilities to meet your needs. 2. The resort had private beach access for its guests, though Y. had to take a shuttle to the beach club. 3. The service level of the staff was fantastic. They were so attentive and accommodating to our needs. 4. We liked dining at Pause Cafe. The food there was excellent. What we disliked: 1. We book a one bedroom apartment. The room was huge, but it was so dated and in desperate need for renovation. Everything in the room felt so old. 2. There’s really nothing much to do around the hotel. Y.’d have to take a taxi or gojek to get to the nearest attractions. But then again, Nusa Dua is merely a place populated by big-name resorts.

Good stay

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a some variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. However, the apartment could be more suitable if additional facilities provided such as toaster and microwave oven, similar to other hotel residences. In addition, the pool is amazing with suitability for kids. It will be much better if the swimming pool area is provided with music to make the area and users with more lively situations. Furthermore, there are no free flow of drinking water or complementary juices and fruits for the residents at swimming pool. The kids play area is very much run down and existing toys and equipments are not cleaned and some are broken. Appreciate if kids play area being improved and accommodate with more facilities to keep the kids are enjoyable area.
