Great experience overall. the hotel has a good Infrastructure, foods and drinks was quite good and the staff team is great . I can mention some names : Tia Lua (kids), Alisson, Natasha, Sara, Bartenders (I forgot their names), etc.

The experience was great. Unfortunately, I stayed for five days with rain and very cloudy days but it was a good experience. My suggestion is to try to improve the entertainment experience (options) for adults during rainy or cloudy days. (for example, there is no indoor pool) For example, presentations about drinks with tasting at the end, etc. Someone from the hotel (bartender) teaching how to prepare a drink, information about the drink (wisky, cachaça, wine, etc)

Too many families with noisy small kids made for stressful stay.

As usual, hotel is clean, well-maintained and the staff is kind and attentive. Drinks at the pool are great, as is beach service. Also as usual, meals can be improved. Breakfast is great, but lunch and dinner can improve. I wish the hotel had simpler, tastier meals instead of trying to go gourmet and failing miserably. Grilled fish, chicken or beef is fine, no need for “galinha de Angola” or “ossobuco”. Also, dinners could offer options with cold cuts, cheese and bread for those who don’t want to have a full meal so late. Desserts are fantastic.
