I don't know how this hotel got a 4-star rating! It doesn't deserve more than two stars. It was a disappointing experience. The hotel has no hot water. The bedding and carpets are very dirty. Car parking not enough for the guests Need to re evaluate

The area is not the best. The building and common areas inside the building are good. Not so well decorated for “”4 stars hotel”” The bedroom was the worst, cigarettes smell every where, sofa bed dirty and broken, not in good conditions. Restaurant never picked up the phone to take my order, so had to go down. I don’t understand how are capable to have such nice buildings in Abu Dhabi like Adagio and Novotel in Al Bustan area and at the same time have this so deficient services leading me Adagio in Marseille and Novotel Dammam, come on! I don’t understand how is this a 4 Stars Hotel, I would put 2 1/2 stars, no more.

The hotel i stayed in ever , very clean , a great services especially the reception Hashim and mohammad hafidz, also the restaurant is very delicious and have a variety of international and arabic food. I highly recommended this hotel for visitors.

The stay at all was ok, the staff is friendly. However, the breakfast is unfortunately poor and needy more variety.
