A great place to stay and easy to get into central London.

We had a lovely time in this hotel recently. We are a family of 3 with a little boy of 6. We all enjoyed using the pool and had a great (of not a little pricy) vegan breakfast. We are there in the evening a couple of times and the food was great. The hotel is down the road from South Ealing Station on the Piccadilly Line. It’s about 15 mins walk. Really easy to get into London. We would recommend it.

Good stay

We had a good stay, the room was good. Bed and service, was good as usual with Novotel. This time the TV was not working within the entire hotel, the fade wall in the toilet was not working. (Which my 9 year old looks forward too) and I found hair in the bathtub upon arrival. So not a perfect stay but I was compensated for not having television.

Wonderful hotel stay and very lovely staff

I treated my daughter to a hotel stay for her 7th birthday. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice, i was very suprised by how nice it was. You were also able to connect your phone to the tv. There was also a speaker in the room which was a nice touch. Lots of cupboard spaces too. You could also order room service, which unfortunately we didn't get the chance to but still think it's very convenient. The pool was the main reason we came. You have to book your slot at the reception, they give you towels and a key card which will give you access to the the pool which I found great as which ment security was very good. There's also a small gym and a sauna which is attached to the pool area. The pool is a decent size, there were alot of families there but that's because of easter holidays, even when it was slightly busy there was still room for extra people. The pool is not heated but its not freezing. The bar and restaurant was good aswell. There is a small cafe across from the hotel, which is good if you want to try something else and a sainsbury's too. The great thing about this hotel is its not far from places, we went to kew Gardens aswell as visiting the hounslow treaty shopping centre and Richmond Town. Amazing stay, would definitely recommend. We shall be back.

Charged for parking

They say this is a 4 star hotel but the rooms are not, dirty chair and walls in the room and old outdated carpet The only good thing about this hotel is the swimming pool, when it's not busy Another thing, I was charged for parking £15/day. That's too much, it was the last time when I used this hotel
