The hotel was lovely, but kettle had to be pressed down in a certain way for it to work, but was provided with tea and coffee. Bathroom was nice too. The only thing was when booking on All Accor- it said if you wanted to include an airport train ticket, which hotel is no longer doing when I asked them(as I bought the ticket when booking hotel) luckily I didn’t get charged for this. Hotel only 10 mins train ride from airport. And is a metro ride to Hoofdoorp- which has plenty of shops and restaurants. They also kept my baggage when I checked out. Also Rituals toiletries in the bathroom!!!!!

Bed and pillows were substandard. I had not been able to sleep and it induced back and neck pain! Due to restless nights, I forgot my iPhone charger in the lobby when having coffee and returned back to find out it’s lost. The food was mediocre, cold and tasteless…

Lovely stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfasts were excellent and dinners were good although menu could have been a little more extensive. The trains and buses were a very short safe walk away.
