Rude receptionist

Checked in for corporate room paid in advance by work to be told I had to give over a personal card for incidentals when I said I would not be eating in hotel receptionist got rude and insisted. Really no chance of damaging anything in this hotel as furniture is ancient and damaged and cleaning of rooms is clearly optional. Breakfast was chaotic no coffee and poor service.

Bien used Mercure or Novotel hotels in various cities, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel: the room was ridiculously small, not to mention the bathroom with no space for legs or board for personal items, no desk to work, no mirror, super basic floor, poor wall painting… I was also shocked at check in with a very annoying person, not offering Mercure standard customer experience.

Clean room, lovely shower, nice reception experience. I only stayed one night without breakfast but no issues at all. I would stay again.
