First night at the mercure

Down here for work sadly… however Had a great first night at the hotel! A few issues during the night due to guests setting off fire alarms, however the staff were brilliant with the situation! The waiting staff and food were brilliant, Tom the bar man was very accommodating over the evening and kept us happy.

Lovely and clean, however the same problems that we experienced a few weeks ago room 135. Cold room on arrival. Heater had an error message. Soap dispenser not working properly and the top kept falling off.

Well situated on outskirts of Tunbridge. Hotel looked great from the outside. Room was good but not as good as a Premier Inn, and pricey. Interior of hotel could do with an upgrade really, especially the restaurant and bar.

Easy to park on arrival. Upgraded room was lovely and very much appreciated. The room was a perfect temperature, I had a great sleep. Breakfast was lovely in the morning.
