Friendly and fun, but some issues

Overall ok, but room was cold on arrival. Heating was activated by team adjusting software about 45 mins later. Once on, it could not be turned off. The guest must be able to control the room temperature.

Better Than Last Time

Its noted that no review request was received following the last visit to this hotel earlier in the year. Basically this visit better than the last one; where it took 3 changes to get a room with all the plumbing fully working [the first one had a washbasin seemingly blocked with a pervious quest's food waste...] along with bed linen in the 2nd. which perhaps might need to be recycled to a rag recovery organisation rather than be presented to a paying guest...
