Excellent Location, Exceptional Hospitality

My stay at the Mercure Okinawa had certainly exceeded my expectations. 1. Check-in: Process was very smooth. Shout out to Mark for being so kind to us. 2. Room: Opted for a Deluxe Room, which is a decent sized room for 2 guests. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was that the room looked very dated, and perhaps in need of modernisation. 3. Location: Excellent, only a minute walk to the monorail station. Many convenience stores, restaurants nearby. 4. Breakfast: The buffet spread available was not the best, but considering the price, I think it was decent. They have western and Japanese dishes available. 5. Parking: The hotel uses mechanised parking situated at the back of the hotel. Very convenient but sometimes we may need to wait 5-10mins in order to retrieve our car. 6. Others: One interesting perk was that Accor members can get access to their “lounge”, which is essentially the restaurant where breakfast is served. If I remember correct, the lounge opens in mid afternoon till 10pm. I must say I was very impressed, and had enjoyed the refreshments that were available. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again if I am back in Naha.
