Not what I was expecting - the hotel was so lovely and charming. Service was impeccable. The only regret I have is not staying longer. A few steps away from Central Park and lots of restaurants nearby. One of the best stays yet for mg family.

Beautiful traditional hotel

We stayed at this beautiful Korean traditional hotel in Incheon before our flight back home, which was conveniently located just about 25 minutes away from the Incheon International Airport. Our stay was great overall, but one thing that could be improved is the maintenance of their hinoki bath - I found some water molds around the tub. Despite that, we still enjoyed our time there.

It is really amazing experience about Korea traditional hotel. I will visit this hotel later. It has wooden bathtub, all room is decorated Korean tradition wall papers. It has own Korea beauty and modern. There provide special rooms for tea time.

Jimmy saves the day!!! I was traveling in SK for a few weeks and spent 2 days in Incheon. The hotel is very well built in the Hanok style - I was looking for something different and it fit the bill. Unfortunately, I am having to eat a very restricted diet at the moment. For the most part I carry some of my food with me and for the hotel food, have to leave instructions on how my food should be prepared. The night before I left I had gone over my breakfast in detail with the night staff. Despite this, there was a significant amount to miscommunication, to the tune that I would basically have nothing to eat for breakfast- the only meal I would have before embarking on a 14 hour journey. Due to my restrictions, I am unable to eat most of the food on the plane. Jimmy arrived at 10 pm that night and I told him everything. I don’t know how he did it but the next morning I had my nice hot breakfast before leaving the hotel!!! This review is really to appreciate that nice young man who takes hospitality very seriously and does everything in his power to make sure his guests are comfortable!!! I also want to appreciate the process manager Torres! He was so great!!! Xoxo PS: I also want to mention that the cleaners left my room door wide open after cleaning it on day 2. I was mortified to return from site seeing and my door was wide open
