Dear Mr. Shaun Thank you for sharing your feedback in relation to your stay at Swissotel Sydney. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. As per the booking the room booked was for the double bed, may be that is why Reception team allocated a Double bedroom. In relation to the parking we have onsite Valet Parking at $100 and offsite parking at Kent street at $60. We apologize gain if that has caused you any inconvenience.
