Great little hotel

Arrived early evening in Vichy, 2 very pleasant young guys at reception greeted us, bright obviously newly renovated reception/breakfast area, room also newly redone, amazingly comfortable bed, with all new bedding, good selection at breakfast buffet. What more could you want for an overnight stay. Pleasant & helpful staff. Parking area available but small, so we had to park on the street, but perfectly safe. 10 min walk into centre of Vichy.

Twin beds should not be 2 beds pushed together sharing same linen. Furthermore, my wife and daughter and wife found the beds quite uncomfortable and didn't sleep much. The parking a nightmare - ended up parking on the street on second night.

Nice friendly staff on reception, and also the staff member for breakfast. Nice, clean and tidy room - what more do you need. The extra convector heater was needed as it was very cold - thank you! The only thing that I thought was not correct was the lack of lighting in the car park. Either one central light or two separate lights would do the job and make the car park safe and secure.

The only issue is that the door keys kept getting invalidated leading to us having to get new keys more than 6 times over 3 days. The team did their best but the equipment was just faulty.
