The stay was good, comfy, the pool is on the 7th floor, which is high enough to be nice and comfy away from people. My only issue is that the fridge is not cold, somewhat smells. I have breastmilk which i could not keep in the fridge. had to put them in the freezer of the hotel's restaurant.

Good Location. Walking distance to hawker stalls, shopping mall and MRT Station. Rooms were basic.

Very dirty mattress and linens

I accidentally stained the bed. I removed the linens because i was planning to wash it with hot water. However to my surprise, i saw the mattress and linens with big dirty stains. I was really shocked to see this. I apologized and reported the small stain i made to housekeeping staff and they even tried to charge me for cleaning fee despite the big stain that was already present and i have been sleeping in that same bed since we arrived. Manager gave an apology letter stating “substandard mattress” i think they should have used a better term for that. They supposedly changed my mattress as recovery instead of offering room transfer, i didnt bother to double check it anymore cause i dont want to be disappointed again. I expected more from this hotel.
