We used the ibis in Leuven as a stop-over on our way to and from Germany. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allocating rooms next to each other. Leuven is a lovely city and we wished we had more time to explore.

Everything was in perfect order. The room was small, but the space had been efficently used. The staff was very friendly. I heard some strange mechanical noises in the night, but only for short periods of time.

THE FIRST ROOM THAT WAS OFFERED TO ME WAS NOT YET CLEANED AT 23.00. THE BED WAS SLEPT IN AND THERE WERE USED TOWELS IN THE SHOWERFLOOR. AFTERWARDS I WAS OFFERED AN OTHER ROOM 315 BUT I FIND THIS NOT DONE FOR A IBIS HOTEL.

Had arrived on Thursday 28th Mar x 4 nights. Great welcome from Kaat. All staff (including Front Desk, Housekeeping and Kitchen) were so friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to staying there again.

Enjoyed the breakfast. My second room on the top floor was mote spacious and the bed more comfortable. Look forward to return I March 2025!
