A delightful stay as always. The pre booking email from Anna was very much appreciated and by using the online check in everything was adequately covered. Many thanks to Sheridan for taking care of the car registration for parking. The room was spacious with a sea view. Cleanliness receives a 10/10. Both dinner and breakfast the following day were delicious, and the wait staff were very polite and courteous. we look forward to our next visit. Congratulations to all the team.

Overpriced underdelivered.

Poor quality accommodation, room old and tied, carpet dirty and in need of replacing, paint and door badly marked and stained. Curtian's ripped and dirty and that's just room #821. The hallways smelt like wet carpet and the walls and room doors need a good sugarsoap wash down. The room rate at $450 a night plus charging for wifi and the carpark is simply ripping people off. We eat at Palisades restaurant and was horrified at how bad the meal was, the food was soaked in oil, un-fresh and the overall taste was awful. We would never recommend to anyone. If you're going to stay in business and charge as much as you do, then I strongly recommend that you refurbish the place from carpark to roof, get better chef's and deliver an experience worthy of the rates!
