Unfortunately not as good as previous stays. On arrival we were given the wrong room (no bed made up for our daughter). Then, on departure I got a call while waiting for the airport bus asking me to return to the hotel to settle an outstanding matter. I hurried back over only to discover that everything was in order! Otherwise, the room was good and the staff friendly and helpful as usual.

* Booked a room for 4 people. Got three beds. * Asked for a 4th bed, got just a pillow. * Phone was unplugged * Empty hand soap * No toilet paper * unfriendly staff * expensive breakfast

The hotel itself was comfortable, well located. All tourist spots are walkable distance from the hotel and just opposite to the main railway station. Breakfast spread is also very good and loved the detailed attention from the members of the staff. We could also relax in the pool and Sauna at the basement of the hotel. The hotel has sufficient parking in the basement, which was a bit difficult to spot when we first came in, maybe some more visible sign posts could help in navigating there. I also felt that the amenities in the hotel is a bit dated and for a 4 start hotel, it requires a re-fresh.

We booked two rooms and and both families got different room type and service, also staff is really poor they can't make simple calculations related to parking time, taps are also not working properly.

The good rooms direction station are very noisy - too many strange and loud people

otherwise, room was good. but direction train station - very noisy. Next time - we will take a room direction back side of the hotel and hope, this will not be noisy.
