Room very small accomodations limited room did not have waste basket,lack of cabinet space made it difficult to unpack felt cramp the tv in room 32 inch televisions no channels not that I needed any was stuck in room wasn't feeling well. Don't stay here waste of money when there are dozen hotel rooms that are nice

Check in on time. The wonderful girl Sita at the reception greeted me well, took into account all my wishes and told me all the information about the hotel. Always polite and ready to answer all questions. I will recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.

The hotel is much more liked. All we were enjoyed . Food ,room all are nice and reception staff ( Ice ) she very nice and friendly. The location was very good place in Patong near to restaurants, shopping mall area and finally we hope to see you again next time 🙏🏻

t was my first visit to Phucket and ibis hotel. The location of the hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. I would especially like to point out that Kwan and Trai, who worked at the reception, were very friendly and had positive energy. Their helpfulness was very prominent. They helped us a lot in everything we needed help with. I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to them. Working with such highly energetic personnel is extremely positive for the company.

This is my First time stay in Ibis Phuket Patong Hotel, when i reach the hotel the hotel front desk Mr Trai is provide a very Good Service what i request. Because today 29 Feb is my spouse birthday and Mr Trai help me to buy a bouquet of flowers for me. Surprisingly, the hotel also arranged beautiful decorations in the room. Thank you Ibis Phuket Patong hotel management team. You all done a great service and I very appreciate it.
