Location, Location, Location!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Pullman. I had booked this room last fall and we were not disappointed. Take advantage and book a balcony room, the view was amazing!! Lovely room with fridge, coffee set up. Clean and comfy bed. We were there for our anniversary and received a lovely welcome from the staff! Thank you! Great Breakfast options. Cabs available, near the Metro and RER Ending our day with a view of the Eiffel Tower sparkling is a top memory from our trip! Merci!

Feedback on Recent Stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

Dear Management, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel hotel. While I appreciate the efforts of your staff and the overall ambiance of the hotel, I was greatly disappointed by the room arrangement, specifically the view from my room. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room with a view supposedly overlooking the Eiffel Tower. However, to my dismay, this view was obstructed by a combination of a tree and nearby building, allowing me to see only the upper 30% of the iconic tower. This significantly detracted from my experience, as one of the main reasons for choosing your hotel was to enjoy the majestic view of the Eiffel Tower. I was offered a bigger room on a lower floor as an alternative, which are lower floor and less maintenance. However, after considering the inconvenience of moving rooms and the fact that it would not guarantee a satisfactory view, I decided not to accept the offer. As a result of this experience, I have made the decision not to stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel in the future. I believe that a clear and unobstructed view, especially when advertised as a feature of the room, is crucial for guest satisfaction and should be ensured consistently. We had a lovely stay with the Pullman and enjoyed our beautiful room with a magnificant view of the Eiffel tower. The staff were lovely and very helpful. My only negative was that the room server forgot to replenish our complimentary mini bar every day and when you pay a premium price I thought this was a bit slack.
