Very good service especially Nan at the club lounge and elise as manager lots of fun and happy smiles, happy to help and have a good time. Pool access rooms are awesome and well worth it. Very secure resort security is on the ball soon as you come through the gate. Awesome stay highly recommend

Decent Option in Patong

As this is one of the 2 Accor Hotels in Phuket that has Executive Lounge, I booked this property to try even though it does not have sea view facing rooms. Was surprised at the generous upgrade to Suite but when I later found out that the "Lounge" is not really the usual Club Lounge in all other hotels I have stayed in, I was very disappointed. Since I booked this hotel for the lounge, I was very surprised to learn that it closes at 5pm daily without any evening canapes/cocktails happy hour and from what I read online, access is also given to members with Silver status onwards, making it nearly a free for all situation. Would not have booked this hotel if I knew this was the case.
