Far under IBIS standard expectations

Not satisfied at all. Hotel far under IBIS standards. Employees professional. - No welcome drink - No breakfast for early departure (only expresso) - Badly furnished room - No AC - Quality of food for dinner very bad (grilled chicken with bad smell) - No choice for entries ( bad quality of « buffet salad ») - Painting inside the room deteriorated - Room size and furniture not matching with IBIS standards and with my booking —> Hôtel not recommended at all!!!

Tired, noisy and overpriced

First room we were assigned was still occupied. Second room we were assigned was a tired, noisy (only one of the two windows was double glazed) and the room was hot and stuffy. When I asked the reception about why I couldn't get cold air out of the air conditioning unit, I was told the system was set for warm air for the whole hotel, so I was out of luck.

Excellent: very nice, friendly and smiling staff. Breakfast and the view from 7th floor . Location was great as well , walking distance to Marina as well as to city center. Room on the first floor on street and port side was still very quiet and good to sleep But... the room on 1st floor (street + port view) was not 4**** hotel and was not IBIS Styles style. I have been several times in IBIS Hotels worldwide ...and this was not IBIS Styles room. Maybe this room still has to be renovated . All in all, pleasent stay and for the shorter stay was more then OK

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Great location if you are travelling by ferry. Views from restaurant / bar are great. Bit of a walk into the centre of the city. Breskfast is basic but quite adequate. I would stay again if I were using the ferry service.
