My husband suddenly became very ill with pneumonia our first night at the hotel. He has been in the local public hospital for 8 days The staff, particularly Adrien who is one of the receptionists, has been very helpful and supportive.

A very nice stay, though just a few comments. The air conditioning unit didn't work on the cooling mode, and the bedroom always stayed quite warm. It's a great idea to have water fountains, but it would be even better if you'd provided carafes in each room, which I've seen in other Accor hotels. Lasty, the hotel was quite noisy in the morning. Lots of slamming doors and people in the hallways. I know you can't help the latter, but the doors perhaps yes. I'd also like to compliment you on your team, who were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Great and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Amazong location. Rooms are the only draw back. They need remodelling as well as the hallways. Carpets look outdated.

Very noisy hotel in the mornings; the staff had set up a camp outside our room, with cleaners shouting from one end to the other. The hotel does not have wheelchair access, which is very disappointing. They should pay more attention to the rest of the guests, as that should be the hotel's main objective.
