During the week, only one elevator was working, another was in maintenance, my room was in 4nd floor, so I was using the ladder every day . The Ibis Fortaleza is a big hotel, so is very complicated only one elevator working during all week. The reception sometimes didn't have anyone employee working, so was necessary wait around 10 minutes to appear some employee very complicated.
