Valet parking man totally unhelpful. Asked for a taxi - “Can’t you get uber?” I walked several km in the dark thanks to him. How many times do you have to say that you aren’t bothered about how much it costs! But that’s OK - I saved a lot of money. His colleague the other night got a great tip for making one phone call. Unhelpful man got nothing.

Price / quality don't match. Desk in the room is very small and not practical, internet connection very slow, such that not possible to properly work from the room. Gym was closed, pool was closed. Staff not particularly friendly. Confusion regarding whether breakfast was included, whereby I was told it was included, and then I was charged post factum because it turned out they made a mistake.
