Dear customer, We thank you for your excellent ratings following your stay at the Mercure Angers Lac de Maine Hotel. Our establishment is currently under construction, in fact. They are a necessary step to allow us to offer you this new setting of comfort that we have imagined for you and we try to impact our customers as little as possible during this phase. Our rooms were completely renovated last year and our seminar rooms were inaugurated last September. We are beginning the renovation of our common areas, which has the consequence of temporarily moving our entrance. We have put in place signs to allow our customers to clearly locate access to the establishment. Our customers are getting used to these small temporary changes and are unanimously delighted to discover our new rooms. It is with great pleasure that we receive your compliments. Also, we will not fail to share your assessments with our entire team. Your satisfaction is the greatest reward for our staff who work day after day to offer you impeccable service.
