Absolutely disgraceful! Arrived to check in and we were told we were too late but we were given no check in time. On arrival the receptionist was hostile and extremely rude ! She treated us like absolute scum ! I have never been treated like that ! It upset me and my partner and ruined our holiday. The receptionist needs to learn customer skills ! She’s obviously in the wrong job. A smile doesn’t hurt ! We are not criminals, We are paying customers. I highly do not recommend this hotel !! The room is also extremely small and not clean ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Do not come here !!!!

The room was not clean and the bathroom was so tiny. I stayed in a room on the first floor just above some bars. It was very noisy and my sister and i couldn’t sleep! Also the air circulation was not good! Your hotel really needs to be renovated! I stayed only one night and checked out and moved to another hotel.

Great staff, lovely hotel. The only downside was not the fault of the hotel itself but the nightclub across the way. The music didn’t stop till early hours

Room cleaning done without my permission.

In morning before leaving room for site seeing SITE SEEING, I was kept the board-ROOM NOT TO BE CLEANED, front side handle of the door. When I return to room by evening, i was shocked as the ROOM was cleaned and new towels were provided. My all the things were not sure whether anybody handeled or not, because i was not prepared for that. such aggresioon is not acceptable. No any MICROWAVE is kept for guest at the reception counter or in the caffetoriya , for making hot any sealed food item of the guest.
