The attitude of the receptionist - Lu made a big difference compared to previous ones. Positive, smiling, great service, attention to detail, and personality. Also Anniê in the bar-restaurant provided excellent service.

My corporate card was charged for 2 nights instead of 1 night. My car in the morning smelled like cat pee and my coat left on the back seat had cat pee on it. My car probably had the window open overnight in the parking lot.

The mattress it is so thin on double bad and a i booked also a extra bed to my son, which was provided with a sofa bed where my son could feeling the wood.

The room was torn down, the air conditioning wasn't working, the bathroom was dirty (mould on the walls), the towels were old and thin, it was visible that it lacked maintenance. The remote control of the room was missing and there wasn't any information on how to call the reception to ask for it. We wanted to get some work done, but shortly after we checked in, the hotel run out of energy, making it impossible to stay in the room, as it was extremely hot. When we returned to the hotel (around 10pm), the energy was restored, but the air conditioning wasn't working and the room was unbearably hot. So we had to ask the reception to change to another room. Overall it was a disappointing experience.
