I stayed for 3 nights in a room on the 3rd floor. The hotel is old and needs to be updated, but that is already happening (quite a bit of construction during my stay). Otherwise, the restaurant was quite good and the service was also nice.

Hello, This was my first experience with Novotel, and it will probably be my last. We booked our room after much thought and consideration, especially regarding the hotel's services and facilities, only to be surprised by a notification just 2 days before our expected stay informing us of ongoing renovation/construction works. Consequently, access to the gym and swimming pool was not allowed although our choice of stay was based on these amenities. In addition to this, we endured construction noises throughout the day, which made it difficult for us to rest or take a nap before going out.

I am so disgusted in the hotel! So outdated the rooms are horrible, the mattress is like rock, the bathroom is nasty!!!! They didn’t tell me they were refurbing it into an ibis until after I booked it!! I do not expect a Novotel to look this dirty and disgusting!!!
