We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The front desk staff was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. We were able to use the Hammam, and it was very clean. The hotel's central location and clean rooms were also noteworthy. Housekeeping, particularly Koko/Coco, did a fantastic job cleaning the room. One area that could use improvement is the roof patio. When we visited in the evening, half of the patio was not occupied (so it was not busy) . However, after sitting for about 10 minutes, no one acknowledged our presence or showed any interest in assisting us. Consequently, we had to leave and try some other nearby places. Overall, the stay was great.

This is not a 5 Star hotel. The food is terrible, there was human hair in the mushrooms when having breakfast. The food for breakfast was a very limited choice and not very nice. Your room service menu was also a very limited choice. Also I found human hairs under my pillow. The staff were very nice but everything else was terrible. I would never stay there again.

Rooms are okay for me but only below floor 6. Beds are good without the thick bedding on the matrass. With this thick bedding on top of the matrass the bed is uncomfortable for me and to warm. Last time I have asked to remove it. That sleeps way better. As we (work group) are in your hotel every month we are aware of this now. For the rest your hotel is very nice.
