Nice Hotel

The public areas are sort of modern and funky. It's not far from the stations of St Pancras and King's cross. The room was well appointed and nice and clean. We didn't eat breakfast or dine in the restaurant so can't comment on them. Nothing to complain about.

Sonia at check in made my stay with her manner, efficiency and help. The staff in the restaurant were also very accommodating and helpful. My upgraded room was excellent and afforded wonderful views of the city

The experience was excellent. Everyone was helpful. The location was fabulous for us. We left very early for the Eurostar and a breakfast in a bag has been prepared for us.
