We were in a business trip to Düsseldorf and we booked in the same hotel as the rest of our colleagues. We made a mistake booking the room without breakfast, so we have to pay for it. The room was nice and the place is very quiet, so we don't have any problems during the night.

I was disappointed as part of accor brand I expected more. The rooms are in bad need of a refit, limited wall socket, curtain were ripped. It felt it was last refitted in the end of the 90s. Breakfast at 21 euro per person is ridiculous. We walked down the road to trendy brunch place and had breakfast at 2/3 of the price for x2 quality. We need extra pillows we had to come collect them from reception. For the price was disappointed in this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and kind. Very good breakfast and lots of choice. Details which could improve our stay even more: upon arrival, it is not very clear where to park the car during check in. We parked at a private spot from the neighbours which was not allowed... It would be better if a temporary parking spot is indicated in front of the hotel? One of the lights next to the bed did not work... The mattresses were too soft which resulted in less sleep quality. The first day, we already ran out of toilet paper caused by having only a limited level of toilet paper on the roll upon arrival... We had booked a "family room" which consisted or two regular rooms connected by a door. The door was locked upon arrival so we had to go down to the reception desk and ask to unlock the door .... Of course, these are only very small annoyances and in general our stay was very good and we will visit your hotel again when staying in Düsseldorf next time!

Good stay

Great room and location. 1 of 2 elevators was broken so we waiting 15-20 minutes to be able to fit in the elevator with all our luggage and child. Annoying but not the end of the world. The staff were lovely, the bar staff were super fun. The grilled salmon was delicious. Schnitzel was tiny. But overall was great.
