For the price we paid, the quality of room service and cleaning is low. My bed was rumpled as if someone had been lying on the bed before I arrived. There was hair on top of the comforter. Hair in the shower and the toilet had not been cleaned and disinfected. The rooms are outdated, with low comfort.

Greeted with a warm welcome and a smile on arrival and on every occasion when I walked passed reception. Every single member of staff were so pleasant and welcoming during my stay. The staff at breakfast time welcomed me with a smile and a bubbly welcome every day without fail and the bar staff when I ate dinner every evening were exceptional.

Booked this hotel with points when traveling back home from vacation. Positives: - Very good soundproofing of the room - Clean parking garage which seems secure (18€/night) - Executive room has quite a large terrace which is ideal if traveling with a dog - Friendly staff Negatives: - Bed extremely saggy - Breakfast is ok but 24€/person/night which is way to much - Rooms feel very old Would stay again if the price was low or when booking with points again.
