Always a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service. Big shout out to Romeo for his kindness during my check out. I stayed here while on business and they are located not too far from the airport so that is a big plus. A must try for those travelling for business or pleasure!

We have been coming annually for lunch for the past few years. We always have a great time and love eating here. The food is great, the service is great, and the atmosphere is perfect. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone that I know!

Slow service! Average hotel

The check in process is slow and the experience is below average. It seems they deliberately do not allow checking in till 2pm. I reached at 12 and was told that the rooms are there but they will be able to give only around 1.30pm. I went back at 1.45 and told to wait again till 2pm. The restaurant good is above average but not exceptional. Overall very ordinary as compared to other Sofitel properties and other chains.
