Good stay, staff is polite and respectful. Hotel Booking process, room allocation is easy and quick. Novotel will be our first choice to stay wherever we go.

Not sure why it's mentioned 5 star while searching on the net. While overall experience was good, Novotel has scope for improvement of customer experience. Service and maintenance are basic issues. My Hand shower was leaking badly. All lights were not working. The view on Accenture side is also an eye sore. Towels were not completely white. There is no small conference room in case needed for some emergency discussion with a couple of colleagues staying the hotel. They asked 15,000 for 1 hr in some meeting place in the hotel. That was ridiculous. There was moisturizer - basic needs. What I liked:. Large window Overall interior Breakfast
