Dirty!!!

We were very disappointed and underwhelmed when we arrived in our room. The walls need a good paint and the room a good clean. The bathroom had bugs and we killed a couple of cockroaches in the shower. There was a big spider on the ceiling and plenty of webs. The decor was old and outdated. The pillow case was yellow could do with a wash or replace.
