I paid for a late checkout and I have the extremely rude lady banging on my door and interrupting my sleep. She didn’t take the time to check on her computer to see that I’d. she woke me up and made me leave the room, after checking and realising that I’d paid for the late checkout she smiled and said ok. She showed a lack of humanity and no remorse and not even an apology. I regularly visit Sint Niklaas and regularly stay in that hotel. Poor service and felt treated like a second class citizen as if I didn’t matter and had no value

Marmalade2004 Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location, right in the centre! Massive public carpark that if you take your ticket to the hotel you pay a reduced price. Came here with 10 friends for our jiu jitsu seminar and plan to be back October 2024. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, big, warm and inviting. The shower is fabulous. Lovely big comfy beds. My whole group was very happy.

The location and the accomadation is really nice and central. The rooms themself are quite small and you can hear everything from your room neighbours.
