Another great night at the Mercure Norwich Hotel

We are group who use the hotel for dining/meeting events on a regular basis. The staff who looked after us were fantastic, well led, attentive to detail and very quick to clear tables and bring on the next course. Our liaison with the hotel was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We usually have a set meal but the hotel were able to deal with special diets no problem. The food was to a high standard. We will continue to use this hotel for the foreseeable future because it is a popular venue with our group.

We hosted an event at Mercure Norwich Hotel and were incredibly impressed with the service provided. Nothing was too much trouble, and the entire experience from before booking, until the day of the workshop was exceptional. The events team were a joy to deal with as were the staff on the day. We will not hesitate to book there again.

We visited the hotel to meet up with the hotels Wedding Planning Organiser prior to our wedding later in May. The welcome and service offered to us from the hotel was excellent. We stayed the night and our room was really comfortable. We had an evening meal and a very good breakfast the next day. Thank you for your attention to detail for our wedding, and look forward to our special day.

Had a weekend break at the Mercure Norwich Hotel. Had a lovely stay, the rooms are great and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were so friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk team were very helpful in recommending places to visit too.
