Hi There Overall we had a pleasant stay. I guess the restaurant should have options for Dining specially at late hours. I would like to suggest that check In services specially for long haul flight passengers to be considered for a possible early check In and also when requests are made in advance. It helps the customers to have a relaxing experience than waiting for the standard check In time of 3pm. The service from the front desk was good. Complimentary Breakfast served was appreciated. Thanks and hope to come back.

The staff are helpful and amazing I sayed on the hotel for 6 days every thing was excellent except the breakfast was really no test for the food and always same menu

Please improve communication between cleaning service and counter

Everything was fine until the room checkout, our kids are having fun at infinity pool before the room checkout time and the cleanroom service came in took our kid’s clothes which place on the bed. The process to get back those clothes took around an hour and our kids have to stay naked.
