The Sebel Mandurah

As an Accor member and a regular customer at The Sebel Mandurah, I have always received outstanding customer service and support. For our most recent stay, I received a phone call to advise our room was ready early. When we arrived we received a warm welcome and all the staff were happy and willing to assist in any way.

Was for work, had a room overlooking the pool (which was a lovely size). Very happy with everything, although was unable to utilise the breakfast due to early starts ( breakfast wasn't available till 7am). Would stay there again as close proximity (walking) distance to many restaurants.

It was our first stay with The Sebel at Mandurah and we decided on a room overlooking the river.....it was the right decision. With a large furnished balcony it made our stay a one hundred percent memorable one.

Unfortunately the 5th time staying at the sebel and each time further disappointed than the previous. The room was a bit tired looking and everything else that lead us to it lacklustre. The pool was used by our family and was a lovely temp however the box of pool towels that were available were all very musty smelling. I would never usually send a response especially for gripes however I felt for the price tag we have paid at the sebel it has consistently declined and doesn't meet with the expectations that come with the cost.
