Always great stay . 3 things i was disappointing in 1. Charge for car parking as member of accor thought this should have been free. $60 2.$90 Charge for trundle bed ??? 3. Breakfast no 50% applied public holiday.

Too many things to put into one but let’s start with had to get our own luggage to and from room, arrived to the smell of Marajuana on our room floor, rooms were beyond filthy stains, thick layers of dust, rust, weird smell, construction outside, funrniture old and damaged, unappealing inside and out, sinks clogged, and oh so much more if you are choosing this place for ev charger they only have two and do not enforce the 3 hours charge limit and you have to wait hours to charge you car. No recognition of status or anything near what 4. Stars equates. Truly needs to be shut down.
