This is my third trip to Novotel Suites Riyadh Olaya, and i enjoyed the underground free parking, extreem hospitality from all the employees, easy check in and check out, definitely it's the place for next trip to Riyadh.

This trip fly from Hong Kong to Riyadh. Original booking ##23…, my arrival flight at 3am, when I arrivel Hotel at 5:45am. Hotel told that they cancel my booking at 5:30am and told that hotel is fully book and no room for me. I finally only booked one night by myself from your hotel website. Your hotel service is too bad !!

Very disappointed with this hotel. It is not up to the usual Accor Standards. I paid extra for the suite as I expected to be working in the room, but it was so depressing I did not - it was a waste of money. A kitchenette with no, and I mean no, plates cups, saucepans or even cutlery, a desk and chair in the middle of the kitchenette; view from the window - one was on to a brick wall a couple of meters away and the other a dilapidated old building and a bathroom fan the sounded like an aeroplane that never switched off. The main gym machines were broken and unsafe, and the treadmills kept digitally locking with no instructions how to unlock. I complained about the room and was told simply they were fully booked - not impressed given I am a Platinum Member.

As. Diamond member , I should get an upgrade which i did not, additionally breakfast is complimentary on weekends, which I did not get. In most hotels the upgrade my stay by either a room upgrade or additional service “ Breakfast”. They totally did not comply with the rules of a Diamond member.
